It is so easy, when you order and pay for a product on-line, the system will automatically allocate the reward points to your login record, and you will receive an email advising you of the points awarded, You can login to the system when you wish, go to MY ACCOUNT and check Redeem points from the menu to see how many you have accumulated. You can then request a coupon for your points, and when you checkout you can enter the coupon number (emailed to you as soon as you request a coupon), and the value will be automatically be deducted from your bill before payment is taken. *

Reward points allocate when you use a valid payment method which includes: Mastercard, Visa, PayPal or direct deposit.

Reward Points minimum redeem amount is 500 points.

Payment by Cheque and pay at showroom do not qualify for points. This is currently a technical issue and we hope to fix it later.
